Ghost in the Shell - Batou (2022)

Major's partner and also, I think, a subconscious influence on a character I created a few years back for an indie comic called "The Forty Thieves". I chose this moment in the 1995 film when he takes cover from gunfire from the hacker/pawn that they've been chasing because I thought it represents the "man of action" that his character was meant to be. He spends less time pondering the film's bigger questions and more time being the good guys' muscle.
